You can track your happiness, anxiety, depression, self-control and energy levels as well as comments both before and after your meditations allowing you to scientifically test these techniques for yourself. This app aims to offer users a multitude of different methods employed by a variety of instructors so that users can experiment and find a method of producing positive mental and emotional effects that works for them. An easy to follow version of MBSR is also offered that involves weekly and daily instruction.
